PROFESSIONAL PLATFORM TERMS

Fair rules for agencies and advertisers

These business-user terms explain onboarding, ranking, moderation, data use and how a professional can challenge a decision.

Approval-build notice. The public deployment is deliberately blocked until the operator’s legal name, address, NIF and contact email are supplied.

Onboarding and authority

  • Agencies must provide the legal business name, NIF, responsible manager and current AMI licence information.
  • A listing may be submitted only with authority from the owner or another lawful basis to advertise it.
  • The professional remains responsible for lawful media, accurate claims, availability, price and prompt correction of material changes.

Ranking and paid visibility

Organic search order uses disclosed property relevance signals such as the user’s filters, location, completeness, freshness and selected sort. Payment may create a clearly labelled featured position but does not create verification, change the Decision Lab score or hide missing information. In paid service-provider results, matching local coverage appears before nationwide coverage and providers within the same group follow the neutral ordering rule stated in the advertising disclosure.

Review, restriction and suspension

CasaCerta may request evidence, withhold publication or restrict content for missing authority, inaccurate or stale information, unlawful or discriminatory content, security risk, repeated user harm or breach of these terms. Except where disclosure would create a legal or security risk, the professional should receive the relevant facts, rule, scope and duration, plus a practical route to correct or challenge the decision.

Complaints and changes

Business users may challenge a moderation or account decision through the operator contact shown above, quoting the agency, listing or notice reference. Material changes to these terms should be communicated on a durable medium with the notice required by applicable platform-to-business law. The production operator must document complaint ownership, target response times and escalation before onboarding live partners.
