ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE

Paid visibility is never a recommendation

CasaCerta separates paid placement from verification, organic relevance and the user’s own Decision Lab priorities.

Approval-build notice. The public deployment is deliberately blocked until the operator’s legal name, address, NIF and contact email are supplied.

What can be paid for

  • Featured or promoted property visibility.
  • Agency and developer marketplace plans.
  • Clearly labelled local or nationwide service-provider placements.
  • Optional buyer reports and other digital decision-support services.

How paid content is labelled

Sponsored, featured and paid-placement content must be identifiable at the point where it appears. Payment does not create a CasaCerta Verified status and does not improve a property’s personal-fit score.

Service-provider order

Where a report includes paid independent help, eligible local providers appear before providers with national coverage. Within the same coverage group, the order must use a neutral published rule such as alphabetical rotation—not an undisclosed bid or endorsement.

Advertiser duties

Advertisers remain responsible for licensing, claims, availability, prices and service quality. CasaCerta may refuse or remove misleading, unsafe or non-compliant advertising and must provide a route to report concerns.
