ACCESSIBILITY

Property decisions should work for more people

CasaCerta is being prepared against WCAG 2.2 AA principles across desktop, tablet and mobile, with keyboard, focus, contrast and readable-layout checks built into release testing.

Approval-build notice. The public deployment is deliberately blocked until the operator’s legal name, address, NIF and contact email are supplied.

What this release supports

  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, buttons and disclosure controls.
  • Visible focus states and a skip link to the main content.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow without requiring a separate mobile site.
  • Programmatic page language, form labels, button names and image alternatives.
  • Reduced-motion support where animation is not essential.

Known limitations

Maps, third-party checkout and some uploaded advertiser media can introduce accessibility limits outside CasaCerta’s direct control. Alternative property details and contact routes should remain available. A formal independent audit and assistive-technology test is required before claiming full conformance.

Report a barrier

Send the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology used and a contact method to the operator email above. Accessibility requests should be prioritised and answered in an accessible format.
